Sunday's choir concert was awesome! I guess that was an understatement.
I mean,when can you watch and perform for a concert on the same day? We did :)
We watched the 1130am show featuring SJI junior choir,Gan Eng Seng Secondary choir and Wild Empire.
They were seriously fabulous,and the SJI junior choir was just adorableeee.
I guess I got reminded of the times that I was in the Meridian Primary choir.
Well,at least they got to perform in their own concert though.Those lucky boys.
Anyway,they sang all the disney classics I loved,and I was going hyper clapping along them,while Chloe and Pei Ru joined in with me(Y)
And wild empire was hilarious,all our dear conductors were very well,hilarious.
I laughed like some insane person.But I wasn't the only one,haha.
Then we went for lunch and did a costume change.Into our gowns.
I was really afraid that I would trip over it.Yes,it is that long.
But then we looked stunning,so I guess its okay that we blend in the curtains (That's what the guy said)
Performance was fine,though I screwed up some of the parts,and the soprano ones went sharp a few time,and I was one of those people. ><
Second half of the performance was much more awesome,I remembered all the steps (Yay) and didn't screw up (another major achievement).
I love the fact I'm the fastest to do the costume change for the second half (I'm awesome)
But most of all,Daddy said I did well. Aw,thank you daddy!<3
Daddy waved at me too during the finale,so I waved back.
It was rather weird though,cause I could hardly see him and my family in the dark hall,with the blinding stage lights shining at me.
But it was still awesome that my entire family came to watch,as well as our awesome teachers and principal,and most of all,our dear sergeant Lin:)
Thank you for keeping the promise you gave us!
I wanna rewind back in time again,that Sunday was just too awesome.
